MMS February Review + March Preview

February was an action packed month! Between Girls Volleyball Games, Board Game Club, Photography Club, LEGO Club, and Culture Club; scholars had many opportunities to get involved at MMS.
Celebrations at MMS: The MMS NJHS organized a Valentine's Dance that took place on February 16, 2024 after school. The Food Services Team made delicious feasts to celebrate both Fat Tuesday and Black History Month.
Thanks to all parents & guardians who attended Parent-Teacher conferences last Thursday night. Our teachers appreciate your partnership in helping our scholars learn. As general reminder, scholars should be reading 30 minutes independently and logging it on ARCReads each school night. For math, scholars should be completing at least 45 minutes of iReady 'MyPath' each week with the goal of passing multiple lessons.
MMS will run an alternative schedule March 12-14 to accommodate for IAR Testing. Please help set scholars up for success on these assessments by encouraging them to get a good night's sleep and eat a healthy breakfast before testing.
Scholars should do their best to arrive to school on-time and with a charged Chromebook on these days.
